This HDPE Blind Orifice Plate can be used throughout most SCS structures to restrict or modify the flow of water through flange connections.  Simply drill a hole or a series of holes in the center to allow desired flow.  This item will fit in both 3" and 4" pipe flanges though you will need to drill out the holes for the bolt pattern.  
The basic dimensions are 7" dia, by 1/8" thick.
